You’ll be supported by experienced senior leaders, structured onboarding, regular coaching and a team culture built around collaboration, feedback, accountability and professional growth. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of predominantly WorkCover Queensland matters Support injured workers with safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work planning Conduct workplace evaluations, assessments and thorough client histories Develop clear recommendations to support recovery, capacity building and work participation Liaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals, treating providers and other key stakeholders Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners Support host employer placements where required Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting and case management standards Work towards achievable billable expectations with access to monthly incentives Contribute to a collaborative team culture through mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing Use your clinical judgement to identify barriers and drive practical rehabilitation outcomes Why You’ll Love It Salary up to $115,000 super for highly experienced consultants Uncapped monthly bonus structure with realistic additional earnings for strong performers Clear career progression pathway from Consultant to Senior Consultant, Coach/Mentor or Team Leader Structured onboarding with 4, 8 and 12-week check-ins Regular coaching and mentoring from highly experienced rehabilitation leaders Predominantly WorkCover Queensland caseload with strong and consistent referral volumes Birthday leave Unlimited CPD budget where training aligns with professional and business development goals Fleet/pool cars available for work travel 99c per km reimbursement when using your own vehicle Work-from-home flexibility once established, with options typically increasing over time Join a team with a 9.0/10 office vibe score, where your happiness and well-being are a priority.
